For client deliverables, ownership of final approved creative work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, subject to the terms of the individual project contract. Goodred Creatives reserves the right to display completed client projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prohibits publication.
3. Project Engagements and Payment
Preliminary discussions, website estimates, or informal quotations do not constitute a binding agreement. A binding project begins once a formal proposal or contract is accepted and any required deposit is received.
- Invoices are due as specified in the project agreement.
- Failure to provide timely payments may result in pausing project work or delaying deliverables.
- Final production files or live websites are handed over upon full settlement of project fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials (such as text copy, images, and brand assets) to ensure project milestones are met. Clients warrant that all materials provided to Goodred Creatives are either owned by them or properly licensed.
